New Maine Paintings show

Here is one of my new pastels that I dropped off at Wiscasset Bay Gallery. The show called, "New Maine Paintings" starts on May 28th. This pastel is called, "Stonington In Spring".

Rain Over Cadillac Mountain

Here is another small oil painting from my recent series. This one is called, "Rain Over Cadillac Mountain". Remember the one I posted Friday? Those big puffy clouds turned into rain clouds a bit later in the day.

Here is another small oil painting from my recent series. This one is called, "Clouds Over Cadillac Mountain". The clouds were so low and I was so high up that it felt like I could look straight into the clouds.

House at Lobster Cove Painting

Here is another small oil from my recent series of paintings. This one is called, " House at Lobster Cove". When visiting Monhegan I like to see this view of the house with the ocean in the distance.

New Paintings...Finally!

May 1st - Time to start posting some paintings again! I've been working on some small oils. This one is called, "Cadillac Mountain in Autumn".  I was inspired by the colorful foliage between the rocks.
